It feels so good to be back to Deviant after this three month hiatus I've been on. In that time, however, I was really excited to see the creation and progression of a few of my friend's galleries on the site. If you ever get a chance, treat yourself to JJJetel's gallery. His devotion to photography is so inspiring and fortunately enough you don't need to know him personally to realize this because his photos communicate his thoughts and views on life so incredibly well. In particular, check out the Hampshire House photos when you're there because they are the most intriguing photos I've seen in a really long time.

As for my page, I'm in the process of submitting the final set of photos from my trip to Germany. I have been fine-tuning these since August and I have finally completed the entire series. It's weird that they're all done and sorted now because it has been such a huge venture for me photographically and conceptually. I had such an enjoyable experience shooting and working with this series and it's kind of difficult to let it go. However, it's just as exciting because I'm finding myself more and more fueled to go out and shoot again and have my camera lead me into new places and expose me to so many new and incredible experiences. I can't wait to strap my camera on and take on Chicago once again. I've been missing it a lot lately.
